Luca’s Ristorante is finally ready to offer the very best authentic Neapolitan pizza outside of Naples – experience LucAndréa Bettola. Over the past two years, Chef Andréa Di Meglio has focused his pursuit for culinary perfection towards pizza. Having traveled back to visit his hometown of Ischia in Naples since he was a little boy, Chef Andréa’s memory of making pizzas for his father and uncles using their own hand-crafted pizza ovens served as his muse. Having now “cracked” an oven of his own, you can indulge in a made-to-order, sugar-free, charred to perfection pizza, dressed with the most organic and all natural ingredients you could find. Enjoy a sit-down artisan pizza during lunch hours (11:00 am to 3:00 pm) in Luca’s Ristorante’s dining room Monday through Friday & for takeout nights and weekends.

It is often said that a great artist can create art with any tool. At LucAndréa, we say, what can they do with the best tools? That’s why we did not buy our artisan pizza oven pre-made. We searched for two years for the very best hand-crafted oven, and imported every brick, every morsel of mortar, and the master mason that actually designed it. The end result is a piece of Naples here at our disposal.
